Ricky Tolen, born on July 7, 1990 in Amsterdam, embarked on his musical journey at a young age. His life would become an impressive symphony of passion and creativity, bridging the worlds of classical music and electronic beats. Ricky came into the world in Amsterdam and later moved to Almere, where his love for music became apparent early on. At just 7 years old, he began drum lessons and piano playing, nurtured by the musical environment of his family.

The turning point in Ricky's life came at the age of 13 when he discovered music production in the Fruity Loops program. Here, he uncovered a new world of electronic music and began experimenting with beats and melodies.

Notably, Ricky was a valuable member of the Almere Youth Symphony Orchestra for a period of 5 years. His talent as a percussionist and drummer flourished, enriching the sounds of the orchestra. Following this period, he started as a live keyboardist and director for a Reggae band called "Nature Sound Family" in Almere.

Ricky's musical journey took a serious turn when he fully committed to music production. After years of making music for various artists, he found himself at the ZSAlliance Foundation, further developing as a music producer. Under the name Ricky Ventura and guided by dedicated musicians and industry professionals, he quickly emerged as a promising musician.

From 2016 to 2018, Ricky largely produced tracks for 2 EPs by Ella John. During the same years, he worked on various songs for different artists. In 2018, he produced "Bovenste Plek" for artist Jonna Fraser in collaboration with Jur de Vries. This marked a significant step and a desire for more productions for major artists.

Ricky's musical legacy spans from classical symphonies to modern pop and urban compositions. He has not only impressed with his virtuosity as a musician but also as an expert in sound design and live mixing. He continues his journey as a producer and live engineer with the goal of establishing an international career.
